These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via our website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

2. Products
All of our jewelry is handmade and crafted from solid 14 or 18-karat gold. Slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of the process. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the final piece.

3. Orders & Payment

All pieces must be paid in full before production begins.

4. Production Time
As each piece is handmade to order, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for crafting and delivery. Personalized or bespoke pieces may require additional time. We will notify you in case of delays.

5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. We are not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Exchanges
You may return standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Bespoke and personalized pieces are non-refundable.

7. Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on all pieces for manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or general wear and tear. If you experience an issue, contact us and we’ll discuss your options.

8. Pricing

Because gold prices fluctuate, we review and adjust our pricing annually based on current market rates.
